Disastrous food. Waited 2.5 hours. Food was cold. The supplier did not find the door, we also had to send Lotzen the location via WhatsApp for 20 minutes. After we walked onto a parallel street, we could pick up our food there. The meal was not only extremely late, it was also freezing cold and too salty, and the baked bananas were totally greasy. With an amount of € 55.20 plus a tip of two euros as stupid as we were, the boss then asked me to repay ten euros, which is a joke. I've ordered from them for years and that was the very last time I placed an order.

I ordered 3 times and the wrong one was delivered 2 times. They are unable to deliver the correct one. I ordered there last time.

The portions way too small for the price Pizza tastes like freezer pizza I'm used to getting pizza rolls with a pasta order, unfortunately none of them. No recommendation!

I ordered there yesterday via Lieferando. The delivery time was over an hour. That was bad, but the quality of the food far exceeded it. The pizza rolls and chicken wings were burnt. Herb butter would be forgotten, instead there was an aioli which tasted like mayonnaise. The salad with chicken strips consisted of 90% iceberg lettuce, the dressing was ready-made dressing. The chicken strips were too salty and burned. The mushrooms in the salad weren't seasoned at all. The entire delivery was inedible. I had ordered something there twice before and the food wasn't bad either. But with the delivery yesterday they lost me as a customer. To give something like this out to paying customers is a cheek.

Unfortunately, very disappointing. Delivery was fast, but the pizza really doesn't work. Rubber floor, hardly anything on it, you have to look for the pineapple or the gyros with a magnifying glass. We don't order here anymore.

Comment: I've been a customer of yours for years, but as of today, I've never had a meal again. I got a completely wrong meal and when I asked for it over the phone, the gentleman on the phone tells me that this is not the case could change ... in an outrageous tone he told me after 5 seconds he had no time for it he had to work and I should hang up ... I'm so incredibly angry! I've been ordering from you for years and at times also with my 30 employees. Incredible how the gentleman speaks to a customer. I am super disappointed because I have always recommended you everywhere.

Too late and not tasty and too expensive. Please don't order there anymore. The pizza edge tastes like the pizza box. The pizza came way too late and when I wanted to ask when the pizza was coming, nobody answered. The pizza rolls were okay but the pizza tasted like the pizza from Rewe warmed up. Please never support again.

Unfortunately food came with a significant delay because it was on Easter Monday and according to the pizza delivery lady there was a lot going on and she apologized very kindly, that was not a big problem for me. Food was still warm only that the baguette, the pizza and the pizza rolls were badly burned. The pizza rolls were almost completely black and therefore almost inedible. But the coleslaw was delicious. To be honest, I don't know if I'm ordering here again.

Waited 1.1.5 hours although 30 minutes were indicated 2. The pizza dough is not through; So still raw 3. Nobody picks up the phone (it was called 10 times) 4. Supplier could not even apologize - a reasonable hello or goodbye were also too much to ask that was the third time I ordered from you. You are not able to guarantee a reasonable and sustainable quality. Anyone can really replace you - I'm sorry for the hard words.

Ordered Online, Waited 45 Minutes and then realized that the order was canceled, for whatever reason. Not to reach by phone (even during the opening hours) and otherwise absolutely no feedback, what happened there. Thanks for nothing!
